Refund & Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled charter start time. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, the deposit is normally non-refundable, as the vessel and crew have been reserved specifically for you.
That said, whenever possible, we are happy to work with you to explore alternative options such as rescheduling.
No Shows
A no-show occurs when a guest does not arrive at the agreed meeting point and time without prior notice.

In this case, the deposit is forfeited.

However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and the same deposit may be used toward rescheduling your charter, subject to availability. Our aim is always to get you out on the water rather than have you miss out entirely.
Late Arrivals
Charter time begins at the scheduled start time.

If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Any additional time to make up for lost charter time is at the captain’s discretion and depends on vessel availability and subsequent bookings.

While extra time may not always be possible, we appreciate your understanding and will make reasonable efforts whenever circumstances allow.
Weather & Safety
Your safety is our top priority.

If weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe, the captain is duty bound to cancel the charter in the interest of guest safety.

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

Rescheduled trips are subject to availability, and we will always work with you to find the best possible alternative date.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
